Work Experience

1985-1990 Product Manager for Nonwoven Textile Manufacturer involved traveling extensively around Europe and America.

1991-1998 Vice President of Marketing for The Wound Care Division of a Global Healthcare company where the position entailed helping locate DeRoyal’s European manufacturing site and then developing & marketing a line of Wound Care products for the Healthcare Industry to our 300 sales force. During that time I negotiated many supply contracts both in America and overseas and met with numerous politicians in Washington to negotiate pricing, coding and usage parameters for each certain Wound Care products.

1998-2005 Real Estates Broker for Gables and Gates, Realtors. Awarded top residential listing and top residential sales agent in 2004, with sales in excess of $12.5 Million and in 2005 with sales in excess of $15.3 Million.

Exclusive sales agent for Sequoyah Gardens and The Enclave at Gettysvue.

2006-Present Consistently achieves sales over $18 million per year. Achieves the Gold Key award year after year for outstanding sales performance. 2017 sales of $21.5 million, 2018 sales of $24.5 million, 2019 sales of $14.9 million (took time off for a family illness), and 2020 sales of over $28.4 million.

Knoxville Area Association of Realtors Diamond Award of Excellence for 2010 and 2011, the top award level Sales agent for “Bridgemore”, a neighborhood of luxury homes.


New Construction Experience

Built (involved in plans, design and all selections, Interior and exterior) a 35,000 sq. ft. home over a 7 years period from 1991 to 1998.

Built an 11,000 sq. ft. guest house for business meetings and functions in 1996.

Built an 8,000 sq. ft. cattle show barn and apartment above in 1992.

Built a 7,200 sq. ft. home in Montgomery Cove in 2001-2002.
