LashBrooke

LashBrooke is a beautiful, gated waterfront community in Louisville TN. It is located on the Tennessee River main channel with long-range views of the Smoky Mountains.

LashBrooke has waterfront and interior lots with a marina to accommodate access to the lake for the interior homes. There is a beautiful amenity area with a swimming pool, outdoor pavilion, tennis and basketball courts, a workout facility, and playground.

LashBrooke also features many interior lakes and some lots back up to them. The lot sizes are larger than many West Knoxville neighborhoods so there is more space around the homes. There are two newer phases of LashBrooke, The Preserve at LashBrooke which has larger, more wooded lots, and HighPointe at LashBrooke which has a higher elevation and longer river views. This part of the lake is on the route for The Vol Navy to cruise to the Tennessee football games, so it is quite a spectacle on game day. LashBrooke is relatively flat so it’s great for walking and jogging.

Home prices range from around $600,000 to a few Million on the water.
