Sequoyah Hills

One of the oldest, most established neighborhoods in Knoxville.

Welcome to Sequoyah Hills

Sequoyah Hills is one of the oldest, most established neighborhoods in Knoxville in a very sought-after and prestigious location. It is famous for its center boulevard where residents jog, walk and stroll with their pets, and its array of dogwood trees that flower beautifully in the spring. Sequoyah Hills is also connected to an intricate greenway system that can take you all the way to downtown Knoxville, which is just a few short miles away. The neighborhood is part of the Dogwood Trail: pink markings on the street indicate the drive to view the amazing flowering display. Sequoyah Hills has its own waterfront park and a village with the Plaid Apron Cafe that is very popular. Homes in Sequoyah Hills are very eclectic in style with beautiful mature landscaping and some are along the waterfront. Since it’s one of the older existing neighborhoods, many of the homes have been remodeled. Price ranges span from around $400,000 to $5 Million, depending on location, size, updates, and lot desirability. Visit the neighborhood website here.
