Sequoyah Hills is one of the oldest, most established neighborhoods in Knoxville in a very sought-after and prestigious location. It is famous for its center boulevard where residents jog, walk and stroll with their pets, and its array of dogwood trees that flower beautifully in the spring. Sequoyah Hills is also connected to an intricate greenway system that can take you all the way to downtown Knoxville, which is just a few short miles away.
